My psychiatric nurse practitioner Cecilia Iacoviello is wonderful. She is very attentive to my needs and always willing to adjust things if my meds happen to be not quite right. I love LifeStance and I’m so relieved I don’t have to hunt for a good practice anymore!
Great tool and resource for finding the help you need. The portal to track your prescriptions, history, upcoming or booking appointments, pay bills, and ask questions via online messaging system is very useful and easy to navigate. I'm very happy with the psychotherapy I have received from the professionals in the Lifestance network.
Honestly I was really nervous to get started finding a psyche and I rolled the dice, LifeStance is covered by my insurance and I didn’t know what to expect. From my first call to my appointment this morning I have had amazing and kind service. I can’t speak for every practitioner but mine is great. I recommend anyone nervous or scared about judgement you won’t find it here. I get a lot reminders about appointments which is good for someone who’s forgetful. Do it. Your future self will thank you.
I had very good experience speaking to the therapist. Usually, I have a very difficult time but she made me feel comfortable right away. It was a relief to be able and explain how I’ve been feeling thoroughly.
