I am so pleased with my therapist. He is helping me through a very difficult time in my life and I am able to process and deal with my emotions at this time. He listens very well and gives me advice on how to cope. I was a complete wreck before talking to him and I am able to take charge and make plans for my future. What a wonderful service through a difficult time. Thank you so much.

AWFUL! Before my scheduled video interview, my phone decided to update itself, leaving me without communication. This is outside of my control. I had a 4:00 appointment and I was only able to log on at 4:09. I was told that I would NOT be seen and this is considered a no show and I'll be being BILLED FOR IT for circumstances beyond my control. My old mental health provider unfortunately closed and I guess I have to go without my medication even longer now. Thanks for being so considerate.
