I have seen two different types of providers and can say both exceeded my expectations. Whereas others have failed to listen to me because it did not fit in their standardized boxes, both providers at LifeStance gave me their full attention. They listened. And believed. I love my therapist. So I'm sorry that the review isn't that great. The review is not based on my therapist. My review is based on the checking in policy for Life Stance. Early on I was asked if I wanted to leave a credit card on file. I chose the only answer available to me that was as close to a decline which was ask me later. My only choices were ask me later or to upload my credit card. I'm not comfortable with automatic withdrawals. I have found a really great, compassionate, caring, validating therapist. It took me going through a few different ones to get here, but I finally found a good fit. I love that they have telehealth available so you can meet with them even if you live far away. I also recommend joining the DBT group. I have done a couple of sessions and it can be super helpful.

Besides getting lost getting there I absolutely love my therapist and we have a great connection and I’m looking forward to seeing her again soon

I always enjoy meeting with Jessica each month. She knows my past and is very helpful. We use Telehealth (zoom meetings).
