I have seen two different types of providers and can say both exceeded my expectations. Whereas others have failed to listen to me because it did not fit in their standardized boxes, both providers at LifeStance gave me their full attention. They listened. And believed. I have found a really great, compassionate, caring, validating therapist. It took me going through a few different ones to get here, but I finally found a good fit. I love that they have telehealth available so you can meet with them even if you live far away. I also recommend joining the DBT group. I have done a couple of sessions and it can be super helpful.

I always enjoy meeting with Jessica each month. She knows my past and is very helpful. We use Telehealth (zoom meetings).

Not a good experience at all. Started with an online in person or zoom assessment, it was a 3 page nearly 2 hour assessment. I had to have an adult to corroborate and they referred to that as collateral. After the assessment we made a plan and was to receive a call back in 2 days. They never called and when I called them 9 days later, they had nothing documented in my chart, no plans made at all and were rather confused.
