They're really amazing actually they work with you they're easygoing they're simple and you can do it anywhere you need to or go in if you need to and I love those options I love the personality of my therapist she's very upbeat friendly knowledgeable and I love the customer service reps that answer the phone they're excellent and they work with you on price too. I initially met virtually and I was billed $425 for a diagnosis even though I transferred all of my records over. I understand each new medication management person needs to rediagnose, but that's double what I was billed in Denver of all places. I was then told I had to meet in person 2 weeks later in order to continue medication management. An in person requirement is also common, but why was I allowed to meet virtually first? It was so easy to book an appointment. The office staff are great. And My therapist, Ted R. is the best. He has helped see some changes I need to make. But he helped by listening and letting me get to where I needed to by letting me do the work and he was there to guide me if I got off track.
I’m currently working with two specialists in this practice. One is a Nurse Practitioner who is helping me with my prescriptions. I have been on the same medications for years, not sure how effective they are at this point. She agreed that making a change is a good idea. And that it’s better to have a psychiatric provider be the prescriber for psychiatric medication. Very positive experience.
