I am a (virtual) patient located in Charleston, SC. I see a wonderful provider out of the Goose Creek office location. She has been my provider for over a year now and has provided EXCEPTIONAL care for me, often fitting me as a last minute appt. and is VERY responsive to my messages in the patient portal. Could not recommend LifeStance enough!
My experience with LifeStance has been so positive. Joe is amazing. Joe listens and helps develop a path forward, which is just what I needed. Other family members see other LifeStance providers (Ryan and Dr Lucretia Wilson) and they are also making a difference for my loved one. Trish in the SC-Intake team is amazing and very helpful. Absolutely loved LifeStance. I was hesitant at first to go see someone, however Melissa was so calming, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and gave me hope!
I've had two telehealth appointments scheduled with Kimberly Lewis and I'm only available Monday so that's what I scheduled my appointments for. The first one was rescheduled with no-notice to a Tuesday - I was unable to attend, and it was after the 2 business-day window to cancel. I got a confirmation text on Sunday and that's how I discovered the date had changed. I rebooked again with Kimberly, this time for April 29th. I have been very happy with my psychiatrist and therapist here. I would highly recommend to anyone. Easy to book, convenient locations, accepts insurance (never imagined so many places wouldn't!), and the people are top notch!
