It’s a slow process for me. But, this is the first time in years that I have opened up and only to my therapist. I know that I have a long way to go but I am slowly being helped along the way. My therapist cares about me and my family, how I feel and how situations make me feel. Sometimes it’s difficult but I am heard and not judged. It had to begin with me. I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I feel like my therapist connected with me right away and I was truly surprised. I expected it to take quite a few sessions, and that wasn't my experienced. Yeah!
Doctors and nurses are fantastic. Receptionist and records department is why I will be leaving as they don’t work in a timely manner nor accurately communicate information
All the stars for my therapist, they are great. 0 stars for the offices never answering or turning on their phone.
I got such stalker vibes from the barrage of text messages leading up to my very first appointment. The persistence created a full blown anxiety attack. I made the mistake of reading the reviews. When I called to cancel the appointment I was met with an arrogant resistance from gentleman. Not only were his efforts to get me there insincere, but he resorted to threats of having to pay for not attending. His bullying tactics convinced me I was making the right decision.
