I called in September to make an appointment, and they let me know that there was a wait, but that they could see me in December. Amy has been great, very helpful, easy to talk to, I've learned ways to make my days more productive and understand not everyone grieves the same way. I always looked forward to the next meeting, Amy helped me understand more about the night my daughter, Shannon took her life! The people she was with at the end of the night she knew, but they didn't know Shannon well enough and what she was going through. I showed up to my last appointment and my provider did not make me aware prior to the appointment that the doors lock at a certain time and the employees on the bottoms floor leave prior to the doors locking so I walked around the building for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone in the office before she contacted me via portal. Which was upsetting as I take work off for these appointments. If your dr. is amy short good luck getting her to listen to you when you tell her a medication isnt working she will gaslight you and tell you its your fault for not having the coping mechanisms ive been in therapy in and out since i was 9 and sometimes coping mechanisms arent enough when you think your going to die. she straight up told me to keep taking a medication that doesnt work for me bc she said it does work….like i wouldnt be bawling my eyes out to you if it was working!!!! also didnt even care when i said im having... read more

I have been waiting for months to get my initial appointment. Scheduled online in advance and waited. It never happened. It was canceled on me TWICE as the appointment date approaches and they keep extending the date on me. Beyond frustrating.
