Absolutely terrible!! Billing department is the worse! Constantly charging our card for anything and everything, including the last straw? $239 for an appointment our daughter had yesterday! Insurance has always covered it, and now it's this high! Oh! And the best part?! Our daughter turned 18 and they instantly locked us out of her account so we can't even go in and remove the card or make changes or even call and ask anyone for help!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!
Well eventhou I was very nervous and had to much Anxiety/since it was my 1st time doing this kind of virtual Therapy. Dominique was very Professional and Helpful. It went very well/and there was a lot of info. To talk about and 1 hr. Was not enough/but we book my next Session for Dec. Because he was booked for the rest of this month.
My first appointment with Kristina Borus. This appt. was truly my pleasure. Before my primary care doctor retired he referred me to LifeStance Health. I look forward to my next appt.
I’ve just started therapy with Asia and I am happy with our meetings this far. It’s been a relief to finally FEEL like I’m in a space where I can be seen, deal with and accept my past where it’s been, and tend to the wounds that have left scars on my heart to become the thriving Woman I know I can be not just for a season but for a lifetime.
The therapist herself is very good & professional but the business itself is running itself horribly. I got charged $116 for quite literally nothing. Called their billing department & am still currently waiting at 59 minutes. Took the time to check BBB & am horrified at what I’m reading. I’m considering canceling completely before they start charging blindly.
