I've been with lifestance for about four years almost five. My therapist are wonderful, Tiffany,Melissa,Anna and also, the front desk Star she's amazing. My only problem is the billing department. I've been trying to get this issue Resolved since November fifteen, not only its into another year later, and I'm still calling trying to speak to manager or supervisor in billing, which I was always told no one was available. My husband is a patient here. I am, at this moment so outraged that he/we have been attempting to reach his physician for one week to refill a prescription prior to leaving town. He left multiple messages requests through their portal which were never responded to. Our pharmacy has also made multiple requests. The phone # listed for this practice is answered elsewhere in the USA & that call got us nowhere. This is far from okay!!!!!!

I’m doing very well but asked for some adjustments in my medications. Tiffany was able to make these adjustments and was helpful in explaining in detail what effects the medications are intended produce and the effects my requested changes.

The operations of this facility is horrendous! It is unacceptable that patients, particularly those receiving psychiatric care and who are insured, are required to jump through hoops just to obtain basic support for appointment or billing issues. As of recently, regardless if you have an appointment or not, they will not provide a link to your doctor (telehealth) until a credit card is placed on file. I absolutely LOVE my PA problem is lifestance itself is a horrible company. As of Jan 1st they outsourced billing to the middle east. They are very hard to deal with.
