My Psychiatrist, Kristina, is great. I’m just not sure what the front desk has going on. At my last appointment the front desk girl was very rude, and now I just tried calling the office at 5:40, even though the office doesn’t close until 6pm, yet the greeting is set to say the office is closed. I should be able to book an appointment all the way up until that 6pm mark. I've been with lifestance for about four years almost five. My therapist are wonderful, Tiffany,Melissa,Anna and also, the front desk Star she's amazing. My only problem is the billing department. I've been trying to get this issue Resolved since November fifteen, not only its into another year later, and I'm still calling trying to speak to manager or supervisor in billing, which I was always told no one was available.
