I have a no problem with my therapist. I didn’t even know her fully, bc I canceled my 4- appointment. Billing department is so bad, my sessions should be free, I have a EAP program but they keep charging me a lot of fees. I called them 4 times they didn’t fixed yet. So I cancelled my appointment. This company makes my depression more severe instead of helping me. I’m so frustrated, so don’t go near of LifeStance and some receptionist are so rude. 😔
Poor communication with management. After multiple failed attempts with the website, I manually spoke to somebody to do the intake process online rather than their portal. After completing all forms and confirming the appointment the office canceled her appointment because she needed a parent present. This was never made aware to us and then they turned around and tried to bill us for the appointment as a no show while she was present for the appointment but the provider chose to not see the patient. She is a great therapist; she has helped us a lot. She is very empathetic and always looks for ways to help. Thanks to her, my son was able to get a proper diagnosis.
I would give no star but it’s not a option so my son was referred in November I had to change his first appointment due to driving with drivers ed no note put in his chart was rescheduled but we were out of town and if your not in N.C. it won’t work they failed to cancel the second appointment called back in again no notes put in his chart out of nowhere I get a call about why he’s scheduled with the male provider he is with and the lady said I would receive a call in two weeks to put him with a new provider so 3 weeks later... read more
