Poor communication with management. After multiple failed attempts with the website, I manually spoke to somebody to do the intake process online rather than their portal. After completing all forms and confirming the appointment the office canceled her appointment because she needed a parent present. I have a no problem with my therapist. I didn’t even know her fully, bc I canceled my 4- appointment. Billing department is so bad, my sessions should be free, I have a EAP program but they keep charging me a lot of fees. I called them 4 times they didn’t fixed yet. So I cancelled my appointment. This company makes my depression more severe instead of helping me. I’m so frustrated, so don’t go near of LifeStance and some receptionist are so rude. 😔

She is a great therapist; she has helped us a lot. She is very empathetic and always looks for ways to help. Thanks to her, my son was able to get a proper diagnosis.

If you can find a practice not owned by venture capitalists who only care about revenue, do it. The provider wasn’t able to help me at all, couldn’t answer my questions, and then tapered me off the wrong medication. I do not recommend this company at all.

Impossible to get an appointment for my daughter. They expect me to drive to Charlotte and they choose the therapist they want. Ridiculous to go through a call center. I was told there are no available therapists at statesville office even if we book months out.
