My experience with LifeStance has been extremely disappointing due to their billing practices. I’ve received several unexpected charges that were never discussed or authorized, and some of them appear to have been submitted to my insurance under questionable circumstances. With their billing department now outsourced, getting clear answers or resolving issues has become nearly impossible. I started with Deb York in July 2024. She has been there for me every step of the way and I can't say enough great things about her. She has helped me in such a huge way of getting me my life back. I am an alcoholic and substance abuser. Deb has got me on medicine that helps with my addictions and I am proud to say that as of writing this that I am 16 months sober from alcohol and 2 months sober from cocaine.
