My virtual appointment was at 8:00 am on Monday September 30th. I logged into the portal and couldn't find a link or basic instructions on how to begin my virtual appointment. When I couldn't find a link or instructions to the virtual room a few minutes had past. I immediately called the office and got the help I needed to log into the virtual room. Very friendly and the lady who booked the appointment was very helpful in trying to find the therapist more experienced and educated with my medical needs. I was very comfortable and felt confident with the therapist they found after the first session.
I enjoy myself with Rachel Cruze. She was on time for our meeting. Very cheerful, honest, caring person. I am sad to see her but at same time I wish her well with her new business. Very satisfied
Family counseling is hard to find. It's a shame. Lifestance was fairly easy. Had a good talk. Thanks.
