I have only had one virtual appointment so far, their system has been pretty seamless and very user friendly… My new therapist has been very caring so far and I look forward to my next appointment. I will update more as I continue to build experience with them.
I was referred here by a case manager at The People’s Clinic in Boulder. She told me that she referred another patient here and she had a good experience. I was hesitant but once I called, I was glad that I did. There is NOT a waitlist here. They have a good number of therapists who are available. My therapist is kind and helpful and I do virtual sessions, which is convenient for me. The receptionists are friendly and they make it easy to get started and get an appointment right away. My virtual appointment was at 8:00 am on Monday September 30th. I logged into the portal and couldn't find a link or basic instructions on how to begin my virtual appointment. When I couldn't find a link or instructions to the virtual room a few minutes had past. I immediately called the office and got the help I needed to log into the virtual room. I tried to sign up with Lifestance and scheduled one appointment with the provider. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, the provider never showed for the appointment. Lifestance has continued to charge me for a “missed appointment fee”. Despite multiple calls to the office, the charge remains on my account.
Very friendly and the lady who booked the appointment was very helpful in trying to find the therapist more experienced and educated with my medical needs. I was very comfortable and felt confident with the therapist they found after the first session.
