The first time Ive used virtual for therapy. Wasn't sure if I would like. The ease and convenience was great. Actually was less distracted having face on computer screen to focus on than when Ive been in office. I felt understood by counselor and very much a part of developing treatment plan. Am looking forward to continued sessions to help through a life transition.

LifeStance got me in quickly with the provider of my choice. I did a lot of research on Psychology Today to see who I would be interested in working with and then scheduled the appointment. Dr Yuan has been exceptional. She is thorough, meets me where I am, answers my questions, and encourages a conversation that allows me to feel involved and in control of my care and treatment. She approaches the challenges I present with optimism and hope for the future.

Clinicians are wonderful. I was referred, and it is making a big difference. I have a therapist and a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and they are both very professional and very skilled. I recommend LifeStance for everyone who wants mental health professionals.

After one meeting with Dr. Maddie I learned SO much about my body and the issues I have been dealing with. I feel so much hope for all the great ideas and the plan she has given me. I would recommend her to everyone!
