I am floored that there are still providers out there that care about their patients. My provider was attentive, asked hard questions, and made me feel comfortable sharing information. What a concept! Thank you to my provider for making me feel like I mattered!
I have seen a couple other nurse practitioners with telehealth appointments since I have been a patient at LifeStance. I just had an appointment with a third one the other day, and I liked her very much. I’ve been satisfied with my experiences at LifeStance.
Cincinnati Blue Ash team is approachable, compassionate, and professional. They make themselves easily accessible ensuring questions are answered promptly and with care. Their dedication to providing individualized attention and fostering a supportive environment makes them an invaluable resource.
Excellent from scheduling to my counselor who is wonderful. I highly recommend if you need some support. It can be a difficult step but if you’re thinking about it then do it for yourself!!!
In a word, unusable. I would give it negative stars if I could. The therapist I *eventually* ended up with is phenomenal, but getting to that point was a frustrating nightmare. Trying to schedule online is next to impossible. On the chance you do find a therapist with any reasonable availability, after navigating a maze of inconsistently complete therapist profiles and seemingly repetitive pages, when you try to schedule an appointment it makes you log in on a new tab.
