I received counseling from this place, which was good. However, for medication management services, the care I received was completely unacceptable. I call before Thanksgiving to schedule an appointment to get medication that I have been taking for years, refilled. The earliest they can get me in to see my assigned provider is December 8th. As this was my first visit with my doctor, I can only rate this appointment. However, the doctor was a pleasure to work with and is one of the few who is able to work with my work schedule, which is a bonus. The video call did drop once, which the doctor said does happen sometimes with the software they use, but otherwise it worked without issue. I would definitely recommend Lifestance Health for teletext visits when it comes to behavioral health.
Stay FAR AWAY FROM LIFESTANCE! My first provider (out of the Littleton office) was merely decent but he left to start a private practice so I they set me up with a provider from this location, all telehealth appointments. The second doctor was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. Completely disinterested. Honestly dont know where to start with this place. I met video chat with Alyssa for my adhd. She yawned frequently and seem genuinely uninterested. She asked the standard questions which is fine and i really did like her input on trauma therapy. She agreed to put me on a low dose of adderall and sent it through. My general practicioner started me on a med for something different called provigil for extreme fatigue. After seeing that she completely just didnt go through with the rx. The nurse practitioner I spoke to today has given me more hope than I have had in a long time by simply listening and offering up something I've never been offered before in terms of therapy. I am super excited and ready to get started. Thank you so much! 💙
