Leah has been great. I have fully opened up to her and feel like I have gotten somewhere largely due to her non-judgmental aura. The Lifestance model is efficient. Much of what you need to do can be done on the site or with an easy phone call. Appointments can be managed from the text confirmation you get with each appointment created. Lifestance is not a source for emergencies situations or any urgent needs FYI
LifeStance is a great service. The online platform is easy to use and has 100's of providers to choose from. My doctor is VERY knowledgeable and patient. She understands my individual needs and has been an awesome person in my mental health journey. I've recommended this service to many of my friends.

I had chosen this company specifically because they accepted my insurance. However, I was assigned to a wonderful psychologist who, unfortunately, did not accept my insurance, resulting in an unexpected $840 bill. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through email and phone calls, the company has been unresponsive. I had used life stance in Santa Barbara for many years, so when I moved to Santa Monica it was an easy decision to use Life stance Santa Monica. Surprisingly my experience with life stance Santa Monica has been much better than in Santa Barbara. It was easy to get set up with a new psychiatrist. Their offices here are beautiful, but I mostly visit virtually which is easier for scheduling. I trust my psychiatrist, who has been great to work with - he's responsive and proactive.
