Zero flexibility and super rude front-office team. Charged $150 for trying to move a Monday appointment (on Friday). Tried since Friday to move an appointment with zero service / ever-changing contact numbers, making it impossible to get hold of a human being via the platform. I eventually left a text message via their platform and called again Monday AM - but the team made no allowances and charged me the maximum penalty (same as no-show), despite the fact that this was the first time I'd had to move an appointment and the ... read more
Leah has been great. I have fully opened up to her and feel like I have gotten somewhere largely due to her non-judgmental aura. The Lifestance model is efficient. Much of what you need to do can be done on the site or with an easy phone call. Appointments can be managed from the text confirmation you get with each appointment created. Lifestance is not a source for emergencies situations or any urgent needs FYI
Mojan Saberi has been very helpful managing my son’s, who has autism) anxiety. We finally can get him a dentist appointment and a haircut at the barbershop!
LifeStance is a great service. The online platform is easy to use and has 100's of providers to choose from. My doctor is VERY knowledgeable and patient. She understands my individual needs and has been an awesome person in my mental health journey. I've recommended this service to many of my friends.
