Zero flexibility and super rude front-office team. Charged $150 for trying to move a Monday appointment (on Friday). Tried since Friday to move an appointment with zero service / ever-changing contact numbers, making it impossible to get hold of a human being via the platform. I eventually left a text message via their platform and called again Monday AM - but the team made no allowances and charged me the maximum penalty (same as no-show), despite the fact that this was the first time I'd had to move an appointment and the ... read more
Dr. Whisenhunt is the best, he has been with me and seen me at my worst and overtime he has seen my progress getting better. I'm so happy I was able to meet him. I'm happy he's my psychiatrist and that my insurance takes him too.
Found a therapist that I can relate to and that sincerely cares. I am feeling I have a person that understands and wants to help. Five plus stars.
Leah has been great. I have fully opened up to her and feel like I have gotten somewhere largely due to her non-judgmental aura. The Lifestance model is efficient. Much of what you need to do can be done on the site or with an easy phone call. Appointments can be managed from the text confirmation you get with each appointment created. Lifestance is not a source for emergencies situations or any urgent needs FYI
