I called and made an appointment with ease. I was able to schedule with someone within a week's time and who treats my specific needs. I had my appointment today. The staff was friendly, the office was cheery and clean. I was seen on time and felt at ease. I would recommend 100%!
I have been seeing Sony with Lifestance for about 7 months and he has helped me more in that time than my previous two or three providers combined. He is extremely thorough and empathetic and I feel that I actually have a say in my treatment plans. Additionally, after my prior provider left the practice, Caitlin at the Darien office was extremely helpful and supportive in helping me find a new provider, and matched me up with Sony.
I appreciate the time and care put into each appointment, the understanding nature of my provider, and willingness to adjust medications when appropriate.

My therapist, who does not work for Lifestance, recommended I take time from work due to anxiety. My company asked me to go on short term disability. The insurance provider, New York Life, then required forms to be completed. My therapist said that her company believed a more qualified practitioner would be needed and suggested I work through LifeStance.
