From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted by the two most amazing women Shawntae and Colleen. They are such a breath of fresh air and always so willing to listen and help. My therapist Stephanie comes to greet me and honestly there are not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing she is. She listens, validates my feelings and gives me the best advice. I reached out to Taylor Sanders because her bio said she was trauma-informed and practiced CBT. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When I tried to talk about my trauma, I often received litte comments like “that’s tough." And that's about it. When I asked directly about CBT four sessions in — something she advertises — she cut me off and said she can refer me elsewhere. I left sessions feeling dismissed and unsupported. Excellence care! The VA sent me to some outside therapy where I was connected with Anisa Pasho as my therapist. I haven’t been in the best place recently but she has been extremely helpful. I waited years to seek treatment and even longer to meet with a therapist and didn’t even want to. I’m so glad I was talked into it. She knows when to just listen, she knows when to speak up, she knows how to gently encourage me to get outside my comfort zone, and gives amazing advice in such a caring way. I could go on and on. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The company demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism throughout my experience. Key issues include: Difficulty in contact: It was consistently difficult to reach anyone at the company. Scheduling problems: The company repeatedly made scheduling errors.
