I do not recommend this place. This place is unreliable. I have been seeing Cecilia Lacoviello,for over 9 months now and not once did she ask me to come to see her in person. It's all been over zoom. I've never met her in person. She's never invited me down. She might not even exist. I don't even know I don't even know who I've been talking to on the other side of zoom for the last 9 months. I love using Lifestance Telehealth. Dr Katz was on-time and quite thorough. The browser was very easy to use. I love that I can see the Doctor from the convenience of my home or office and no waiting in a lobby.
My dr. Was attentive and patient.. her questions were meaningful and she took all the time needed. I felt heard and understood! Thank you Dr. Katz!!
I’ve been with Dr. Katz for over a year and I’m happy to have found her. She’s been very professional, explains treatments, she doesn’t rush you and is a good listener. I definitely recommend her. The Lifestance patient portal is easy to navigate and you can schedule appointments, and also communicate with your doctor through messages. So far I have had fast responses. It is very convenient.
