Great therapists at here, but the clinic was purchased by LifeStance. It is pretty obvious that they are squeezing the organization for cash. I used to be able to do appointments every 4 months and now they require I go every 3 months. I hope they are treating the therapists fairly.
Therapists and Psychiatrists are mostly terrific. Only had one therapist that should not be counseling, due to her biases, which was very difficult for me once I understood her point of view. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE IS HORRIBLE. They are unable to fix my ability to make an appointment and/or cancel on line - for almost 2 months at this time. Ridiculous service and I will probably change providers due to the difficulties. Just not worth it!
I have been putting of therapy as long as I could remember. I finally asked my hospital for help and eventually I got directed to LifeStance. I put in my filters for what I generally wanted to talk about and found my current therapist. I am 3 sessions in and honestly I’m grateful he was my initial pick. It’s only been 3 sessions but we have already been able to identify and work on things I’ve been struggling with since my childhood. My experience with LS has always been good. What is totally unfair to the patient is their ridiculous cancellation policy…”within 72 hours🤪” or pay a ridiculous fee!! ONE STAR!! My provider cancelled our appointment the same day!! Who is going to pay me a ridiculous cancellation fee 😂?? Let’s say fall ill the day of my appointment and need to cancel!! Oops, cancellation fee🤪!
Our therapist is very knowledeable. She is very helpful also in helping understand our triggers and what makes us unhappy. We feel very comfortable with her. We, at least for me, are striving to be better people.
