Nathan Harris is the most phenomenal therapist I have ever had. They take the time to listen to what you are going through, come up with creative solutions to your situation, and help you conquer life’s challenges. I have never had a therapist that understands how to work with someone on the spectrum as well as is also LGBTQ friendly. It always feels like a safe place to share and they never make me feel judged for who I am. Definitely recommend!
The wait time when calling Lifestance is a minimum of 15 minutes. The therapist I chose showed up to video meeting disheveled, stretched out t shirt, hair standing up, unmade mattress behind him and yawned and stretched while speaking to me. It was hard for me to show up to the meetings because of mental health struggles and I did not get the feeling that the therapist had any interest in our time, so I will no longer use Lifestance because of my experience.
Dr Josefa Licas is the best psychiatrist i have had since 1996...she has such a warm and approachable personality and really cares for her patients..she intently listens and responds accordingly...her follow thru regarding paperwork and refills for prescriptions couldn't be done more effortlessly... I am soooo happy I found her! Thank you Dr Licas !
There billing dept very unprofessional! Obviously they use over seas reps who I can’t understand. Maybe I was blunt! I asked if she was in Manila Philippines or USA. She discounted the call. Obviously she should transfer a call to someone that I can understand u. So I called again! My time is important. I had the Third Party Admin on line. I click over said to the rep please hold the line to get the TPA connected. When TPA tried talking with rep no one was on the line.
