Nathan Harris is the most phenomenal therapist I have ever had. They take the time to listen to what you are going through, come up with creative solutions to your situation, and help you conquer life’s challenges. I have never had a therapist that understands how to work with someone on the spectrum as well as is also LGBTQ friendly. It always feels like a safe place to share and they never make me feel judged for who I am. Definitely recommend!
There billing dept very unprofessional! Obviously they use over seas reps who I can’t understand. Maybe I was blunt! I asked if she was in Manila Philippines or USA. She discounted the call. Obviously she should transfer a call to someone that I can understand u. So I called again! My time is important. I had the Third Party Admin on line. I click over said to the rep please hold the line to get the TPA connected. When TPA tried talking with rep no one was on the line. Dr Josefa Licas is the best psychiatrist i have had since 1996...she has such a warm and approachable personality and really cares for her patients..she intently listens and responds accordingly...her follow thru regarding paperwork and refills for prescriptions couldn't be done more effortlessly... I am soooo happy I found her! Thank you Dr Licas !
I have a counselor who is very helpful in assisting me work through my issues. She actively listens and offers sound advice for working through my problems. Grateful to have her as my counselor
