Nathan Harris is the most phenomenal therapist I have ever had. They take the time to listen to what you are going through, come up with creative solutions to your situation, and help you conquer life’s challenges. I have never had a therapist that understands how to work with someone on the spectrum as well as is also LGBTQ friendly. It always feels like a safe place to share and they never make me feel judged for who I am. Definitely recommend!
I have a counselor who is very helpful in assisting me work through my issues. She actively listens and offers sound advice for working through my problems. Grateful to have her as my counselor
They continue to bill me accidentally with over $300 and $400 charges due to “billing errors”. When I call and speak with the billing department to figure out why this keeps happening the reps are rude, they could care less, and ask me to allow 6 weeks for me to get my money. They’re so quick to charge me for absolutely no reason but take so long to give me my money back when they are the ones making the mistake. Their reps are rude and you can never speak with a manager. Horrible service!!!!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Licas for several years. She has managed my medications the entire time and is terrific! LifeStance is an excellent organization.
Made me wait 20 minutes on the phone to talk to someone about my appointment and then told me that the new policy is that they only provide a 3 month prescription vs the 6 month that I’ve been getting for the last 5 years. Don’t recommend.
