Found Lubna by complete luck. She has been invaluable in helping navigate my emotions and dealing with the day to day things that bring stress and grief. Easily the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s insightful, down to earth, and above else, always reassuring with helping to keep moving forward and being better every day.
Dr. Josefa Licas is a wonderful psychiatrist. She is a warm and caring doctor who has your best interests at heart. I remember my very first appointment with her. I was going through some really rough times, and her openness and understanding helped me through that first appointment. Before I left, she looked pointedly at me and said, "If you need me, call me. Great therapists at here, but the clinic was purchased by LifeStance. It is pretty obvious that they are squeezing the organization for cash. I used to be able to do appointments every 4 months and now they require I go every 3 months. I hope they are treating the therapists fairly.
Very unprofessional ! JOSEFA LICAS Was taking me in as a new patient our first appointment through computer which was more like an intake appointment. She was rude never listened to my background. I had mentioned her name to a person who I believe tried her out and I didn’t believe it when I was told she was awful but I still thought of giving her a shot. So if you’re looking for a psychiatrist do not waste your time with her. Txt STOP to opt out
I dont usually write reviews, but LUBNA WARAICH has changed my life in such a short amount of time. I've had other therapists in the past, but she makes me feel validated and has helped me so much. I'm so great full for her! She's amazing!
