Over all great experience. staff are all pleasant, patient, and helpful. My Doctor is extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and has helped me in ways I wasn’t even expecting. Things I thought were just how I am were connected to my diagnosis and I am starting to enjoy things that I would have avoided in the past. I saw a therapist that absolutely did not want to see again, so I did my research before picking another. After I found one that I thought would be a good fit I called life stance to book the appointment with her, and she had one opening soon and I thought she said more in the end of October. Instead of the receptionist booking it for me, she was trying to sell me on a different therapist who she thought I should take a look at to see. I always receive top-tier care at LifeStance and am able to communicate with the office or my provider when I need too. Appointments are easy to schedule, and if I need to check in sooner it is not a problem. Telehealth appointments work great via the VSee app. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My Dr. is highly knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, thorough and provides me with an exceptionally high level of care. I couldn’t be happier with LifeStance.

I’ve been a long-time patient but my psychiatrist recently switched over to his own location. Regardless, I just want to leave a shoutout to all the front desk receptionists. Every single time I call for the past almost 5 years, they have been extremely kind and helpful. They are empathetic, understanding, and 100% deserve a raise for how much patience they have. My personal experience with this Clinic has been one of the best. I have been to a few different clinics, agencies, and private psychiatrist since 2009 and I am finally extremely happy with their services. I think amazingly from the great customer service from the front desk to those who answer the phones to the psychiatrist themselves. They have been very patient with my needs and accommodating me with the right psychiatrist that fit my personal needs.
