I recently had a consultation with Kiara Garcia and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. From the start, the therapist seemed disinterested and unengaged. She asked a lot of questions that were already covered in the intake form, which made the session feel redundant and impersonal. What stood out most was the lack of empathy. I am so glad I found LifeStance to help me with my medication needs while on my self improvement journey. It was easy to make an appointment, is covered by my insurance and I was connected with Tiffani Ordonez, Psych NP. She is so kind and compassionate and was able to get me on the best antidepressant combo for me. I was suffering from anxiety and depression associated with perimenopause and I feel like a new person! I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.

My provider, Dr. Lacsina is great. The platform not always so much. I pre-registered days in advance and confirm all of my personal information, and it has me re-enter it to enter the waiting room and pay first. There’s a lot of redundancy in the process. At least it seems some of the notifications function has been fixed. Because I’ve had several instances in the password. It does not send any reminder text. Dr. King is excellent and very knowledgeable. She is focused and thoughtful and her energy is positive and healing. I am grateful to have found Dr. King. A great balance of evidence based practice with human intuition make the healing experience possible. Compassionate care and thoughtful inquiry is supportive of my growth. I like the ease of virtual appointments.

Terrible group. Leaving this comment so others know. They didn’t even show up to the first appointment after months of waiting. And then when I called go see what was going on, I heard another woman in their office trying to explain a scheduling mix up to another patient. So sounds like this is standard. Thanks for nothing. Now I have to start the search over again and wait for help.
