I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist at LifeStance since February 2024, and honestly it’s been such a positive experience. Over the past year they’ve helped me a lot. I feel heard, supported, and like we’re actually making progress together. It’s been the best care I’ve had, and I really appreciate how consistent and understanding they’ve been. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience after 2 appointments. Also the patient portal is easy to use to request records and share prior documents.

My review of three stars has everything to do with the management, communication, billing and all things related to this company, other than meeting with my therapist. Life stance is the epitome of corporate healthcare and the navigational red tape involved is quite a headache.

I had an urgent situation come up and waited a week for my first appointment with RACHEL KIGANO (not by request). After filling out a million forms and being threatened with a time line of having to have all of these things done including paying my co-pay. I was in the waiting room for my 1 pm appointment and Rachel messaged me saying she needs to cancel and that I will need to reschedule. The therapist (Rachel Kigano) never showed for the video appointment. I spent much time planning, scheduling and preparing (new patient orientation, questionnaires) for this appt. The North CA regional was not able to assist. I asked for a refund of my copay. I will not work with LifeStance again.
