I had an urgent situation come up and waited a week for my first appointment with RACHEL KIGANO (not by request). After filling out a million forms and being threatened with a time line of having to have all of these things done including paying my co-pay. The therapist (Rachel Kigano) never showed for the video appointment. I spent much time planning, scheduling and preparing (new patient orientation, questionnaires) for this appt. The North CA regional was not able to assist. I asked for a refund of my copay. I will not work with LifeStance again.

I recently had a consultation with Kiara Garcia and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. From the start, the therapist seemed disinterested and unengaged. She asked a lot of questions that were already covered in the intake form, which made the session feel redundant and impersonal. What stood out most was the lack of empathy. I am so glad I found LifeStance to help me with my medication needs while on my self improvement journey. It was easy to make an appointment, is covered by my insurance and I was connected with Tiffani Ordonez, Psych NP. She is so kind and compassionate and was able to get me on the best antidepressant combo for me. I was suffering from anxiety and depression associated with perimenopause and I feel like a new person! I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.

Dr. King is excellent and very knowledgeable. She is focused and thoughtful and her energy is positive and healing. I am grateful to have found Dr. King. A great balance of evidence based practice with human intuition make the healing experience possible. Compassionate care and thoughtful inquiry is supportive of my growth.
