Grateful for the telehealth services being offered. The portal is mostly easy to use and can manage appointments and communicate with providers or office staff. I don't always love the process for how they send links for appointments, I'd prefer to have it a little bit more in advance, but it's not that big of a deal.

One of the most frustrating platforms, they send links 30 minutes prior to appointments and if you don’t fill it out you can’t log in. So you better not having anything to do. If you try and call it’s a central line. When I message my doctor in the portal they never respond. They also keep trying to charge me when I’ve maxed out my benefits and owe nothing, then you have to chase down for a refund. It’s just a mess. Avoid.

I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist at LifeStance since February 2024, and honestly it’s been such a positive experience. Over the past year they’ve helped me a lot. I feel heard, supported, and like we’re actually making progress together. It’s been the best care I’ve had, and I really appreciate how consistent and understanding they’ve been. I definitely recommend them.

I really enjoy talking to the psychiatrist easy to talk to she was pleasant, made sure I had what I needed and help guide me to a healthier life. If you need to speak to someone I recommend calling them.
