My experience so far has been excellent! I wish I had added this to my life many years ago! They don’t just sit there and validate your feelings; they provide you with the necessary tools to manage those feelings, whether they’re negative or positive. I highly recommend LifeStance!
I love Linh Tran. If you get the option to choose her, do so. She actually listens! I’m going to miss her.
It is relatively easy booking with LifeStance, via either telephone or online. I have only had good experiences with therapists via LifeStance, and it's so nice having an in-network provider with my health insurance.
The facility was easy to find. I was greeted with a smile when I walked. The office felt cozy and calm. I was seen on time. Dr. Tran was soft spoken, listened to me and picked up on a lot of details during my session. Thank you for your hospitality feel.
Our therapist, Victoria was very professional, and she was clear on helping us to find what our goals were and she gave us a lot of validation and seems very kind and put us at ease. We are looking forward to our second appointment.
