It is relatively easy booking with LifeStance, via either telephone or online. I have only had good experiences with therapists via LifeStance, and it's so nice having an in-network provider with my health insurance.
The facility was easy to find. I was greeted with a smile when I walked. The office felt cozy and calm. I was seen on time. Dr. Tran was soft spoken, listened to me and picked up on a lot of details during my session. Thank you for your hospitality feel.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a therapist at this LifeStance location. During my appointment, I informed the therapist that I was already a patient at this clinic and was already prescribed medication by a psychiatrist. However, the therapist appeared uninformed about my case and was unwilling to prescribe me the necessary medication before conducting another evaluation that was already in their records.
