So far not impressed. Giving Lifestance the chance to make it right before I go back to my doctor and ask to schedule me for a different place all togther. In less than 1 month I was canceled on by my therapist. After my schedule session was suppose to start. First time she fell behind. Second time she was apparently suddenly sick and left me waiting for almost 10 minuets before letting me know she could not make it. I really liked Michelle Harvy . She seems To be very understanding and felt comfortable talking to her.
The person i made the appointment with was rude i couldn’t hear them a couple times, probably my phone and they snapped at me. “Can you not hear me”. As someone calling for a therapist appointment i find that alarming. My therapist was a very nice woman but i felt like it was unprofessional that she was in bed and it felt more like just chatting maybe that would work for someone super casual but i need something more formal.
My first session with Elizabeth was a positive one. I felt relaxed, heard, and understood. Looking forward to future sessions.
