Easy to get an appointment with this group. Very happy with my experience so far
The person i made the appointment with was rude i couldn’t hear them a couple times, probably my phone and they snapped at me. “Can you not hear me”. As someone calling for a therapist appointment i find that alarming. My therapist was a very nice woman but i felt like it was unprofessional that she was in bed and it felt more like just chatting maybe that would work for someone super casual but i need something more formal.
