My experience with my therapist is awesome. Also, lifestance is good at reminding about the appointment. My only negative is that, if you don't have insurance, it's way to expensive.

The person i made the appointment with was rude i couldn’t hear them a couple times, probably my phone and they snapped at me. “Can you not hear me”. As someone calling for a therapist appointment i find that alarming. My therapist was a very nice woman but i felt like it was unprofessional that she was in bed and it felt more like just chatting maybe that would work for someone super casual but i need something more formal.
