I’m very happy with my provider, Daniel Schroeder. My appointments are uncomplicated for the most part. Lifestance has a lot of new online forms that I dread getting through before every appointment but it’s the price I pay to keep going to see him. I really appreciate that my provider has had a consistently good personality for the past ten years. He is very easy to get along with, I respect him and I feel that he respects me as well. The online check-in process is overly long and frustrating. It makes the overall experience feel sterile and impersonal. As an established patient, it’s especially frustrating to repeatedly answer the same questions about anxiety and depression at every visit — there should be a more efficient way to track changes over time without redoing the full questionnaire each time. For my 1st visit it wasn't bad. My meds are definitely better. But let's see the long run
I've been with Lifestance for about 13 yrs. I have also directed a few other people to them who also had good experiences. It's gotten so much better in recent years as the model for mental health has improved. This was my first real attempt at therapy. I had a few things to figure out. I had a great experience at life stance and I have been going there for about 15 years before lifestance, it was Western so I'm very happy with their prescriber and their psychologist I would recommend them to anyone
