My therapist, Deanne Caron, is amazing and she's been a huge help for me in the 1.5 years or so I've been seeing her. ***Absolutely 5 stars for her.*** ___ LifeStance, though is a different story. 2 stars is for the poor user experience for telehealth. I find their portal, billing and check in process to be extremely frustrating. There's a lack of a single source of truth/information. I'm leaving this review to call those things out. 1. Billing. I have had nothing but positive experiences during my appointments with Dr. Karlee Wilson. She is always attentive, understanding, and caring. She has helped me tremendously over these past few months!
After a long time of not being able to find a therapist that worked for me. I ended up chosing lifestance and it’s been life changing for me, personally. I am beyond greatful and satisfied with the services provided. Front desk staff are very helpful and kind!
Margaret Boyle has been great! I've struggled to find the right anxiety/depression medicine for awhile. I experience a lot of the negative side effects of drugs. She is the third person I've seen and I am finally seeing positive results. I always feel listened to and cared about. When I message her between appt. I get a quick response.
Working with provider Stringham at LifeStance has truly been a life-changing experience. He helped me navigate through some of the most complex and overwhelming emotions I’ve ever faced. With patience, compassion and deep insight, he created a space where I felt safe to explore my feelings and find clarity within myself. I’m grateful for that.
