My therapist, Deanne Caron, is amazing and she's been a huge help for me in the 1.5 years or so I've been seeing her. ***Absolutely 5 stars for her.*** ___ LifeStance, though is a different story. 2 stars is for the poor user experience for telehealth. I find their portal, billing and check in process to be extremely frustrating. There's a lack of a single source of truth/information. I'm leaving this review to call those things out. 1. Billing. My phone call was answered within five minutes. The representative was not only knowledgeable she was also able to schedule my appointments quickly on the dates I needed. It was one of the easiest phone calls of my day.
I have had nothing but positive experiences during my appointments with Dr. Karlee Wilson. She is always attentive, understanding, and caring. She has helped me tremendously over these past few months!
My entire experience was very the last year has been wonderful. The customer service, the ease of the site, booking appointments and my counselor have been a nurturing, and welcome part of my journey with them.
This place is phenomenal! I have nothing negative to say. I cannot complain about them at all! Highly recommend
