April at the front desk always makes sure I have appointments scheduled so I am not missing out on therapy and that I don’t have a balance that needs to be taken care of. Winona is a great therapist and I feel like she listens to what I have to say. Kate is a great psychiatrist and tweaks my meds as I feel the need to and does not push med changes.
New patient. All forms were to be sent via a link. That link didn't work. They said sorry. They were unhelpful and not able to send me forms without me travelling 30 minutes and a pay a bridge toll to come into the office. Doesn't sound like they want to do business.
First time ever seeing a therapist in my life and felt so nervous, but they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I felt much lighter after just my first session. I truly appreciate them!!
I had my first visit yesterday with Pedro and I am very impressed. He made me feel welcomed and was here to listen to me. I had a lot of counselors which I didn't feel comfortable. But with a Pedro did. I got an appointment within 2 weeks. And the staff on the phone are very nice and welcomes you and we're very helpful. Thk u I can't wait to see you next week
Scheduled appointment online and planning to pay out of pocket for appointments because I recognize I need help. Amanda canceled my appointment due to them not accepting my insurance, that I wasn’t even planning to use. But, I don't believe in lying. I was going to pay out of pocket. They wouldn't reschedule and I wouldn't recommend a place that doesn't take peoples well being into account first especially when they are trying to get help for a problem they recognize they have.
