This place is a scam and will over bill you for every appointment. I had been trying to get in since August 2024 and got an appointment for November. 2 days before my appointment they called me and said I needed to reschedule. Strike 1. Luckily there was an appointment available on Christmas Eve so I cancelled my plans to see my family so that I could get in. Place is a joke. I was supposed to meet my therapist twice a month. Just about every month we only met once because she would cancel same day of the appt. This went on for 6 months and included her missing our first session. I asked to switch therapists and they scheduled me with another. I asked if there was anything I needed to do with my previous therapist. They said no. Doctor M and my therapist are fantastic! I really appreciate that they didn't just throw drugs at me. I didn't realize the difference in roles but both are vital. They listened, prioritized, and help me so much!
My daughter was seeing a therapist for over a year. She’s 11 and then we get a call that they cancelled all remaining appointments. I had to dig for info and it sounds like the therapist just up and left. No heads up so now we have a whole new set of issues to find a new therapist to work through because my daughter thinks she did something to make her leave but no one will give us direct answers. Easy to use website, doctor is skilled, knowledgeable, and leads by example. However, I also needed to guide the conversation by asking for specific recommendations to make sure I’m getting the most out of our time.
