This place is a scam and will over bill you for every appointment. I had been trying to get in since August 2024 and got an appointment for November. 2 days before my appointment they called me and said I needed to reschedule. Strike 1. Luckily there was an appointment available on Christmas Eve so I cancelled my plans to see my family so that I could get in. Staff is very kind and was quick to get my Rx renewals to the pharmacy. Everyone made sure my needs were covered with care!
My daughter was seeing a therapist for over a year. She’s 11 and then we get a call that they cancelled all remaining appointments. I had to dig for info and it sounds like the therapist just up and left. No heads up so now we have a whole new set of issues to find a new therapist to work through because my daughter thinks she did something to make her leave but no one will give us direct answers. Very unprofessional and disheartening.
The portal is super easy to navigate and is convenient to complete intake forms before the appointment. Dr. Weiss spent a significant amount of time asking questions and getting to understand my complicated medical history. She is very knowledgeable, and I trust that Dr. Weiss will suggest the right course of treatment. The practice also provides telehealth options, which is very useful for someone with mobility challenges. I am confident that Dr. Weiss will be a good fit for me.
I don't think I've ever felt so heard and understood in my life. Dr Jeramie Rosales Rodriguez was amazing and I look forward to our next meeting
