Doctor M and my therapist are fantastic! I really appreciate that they didn't just throw drugs at me. I didn't realize the difference in roles but both are vital. They listened, prioritized, and help me so much!
This place is a scam and will over bill you for every appointment. I had been trying to get in since August 2024 and got an appointment for November. 2 days before my appointment they called me and said I needed to reschedule. Strike 1. Luckily there was an appointment available on Christmas Eve so I cancelled my plans to see my family so that I could get in. My daughter was seeing a therapist for over a year. She’s 11 and then we get a call that they cancelled all remaining appointments. I had to dig for info and it sounds like the therapist just up and left. No heads up so now we have a whole new set of issues to find a new therapist to work through because my daughter thinks she did something to make her leave but no one will give us direct answers. I’ve been seeing Dr Weiss and for her 5 stars, she listens and take time to investigate about your problem and knows how to make you feel comfortable but for staff 4 stars, always is so hard to get my calls answered and I have to wait a lot on waiting calls.
Narissa Marrasso is wonderful! She is so caring and works with her patients to determine the best treatment plan.
