The portal is super easy to navigate and is convenient to complete intake forms before the appointment. Dr. Weiss spent a significant amount of time asking questions and getting to understand my complicated medical history. She is very knowledgeable, and I trust that Dr. Weiss will suggest the right course of treatment. The practice also provides telehealth options, which is very useful for someone with mobility challenges. I am confident that Dr. Weiss will be a good fit for me.
It has been twice now that I have had couples counseling setup and both have cancelled on me on the first meeting resulting in another delay in getting some help. Because that therapist's next opening is 5 months out, I now have to call to setup another new therapist and that one will probably be at least a few months out. I have been trying to get counseling for us for a long time now and it is getting frustrating.
I felt valued in all my interactions with all staff. As though my well-being was important. As though I had value. You guys are great and I am very grateful.
My therapist Laura has helped me discover my tragic childhood does not define who I become. The receptionist is absolutely the best!
