The portal is super easy to navigate and is convenient to complete intake forms before the appointment. Dr. Weiss spent a significant amount of time asking questions and getting to understand my complicated medical history. She is very knowledgeable, and I trust that Dr. Weiss will suggest the right course of treatment. The practice also provides telehealth options, which is very useful for someone with mobility challenges. I am confident that Dr. Weiss will be a good fit for me.
It has been twice now that I have had couples counseling setup and both have cancelled on me on the first meeting resulting in another delay in getting some help. Because that therapist's next opening is 5 months out, I now have to call to setup another new therapist and that one will probably be at least a few months out. I have been trying to get counseling for us for a long time now and it is getting frustrating.
Another great appointment with my psychologist. She went over my medications and refilled as needed. On this visit she lent a listening ear and also referred me to a therapist.
I highly recommend LifeStance, I felt listened to and well cared for during my appointment and the process of making an appointment, making payments, and seeing my healthcare information have been very easy. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been very nice
Great people. I missed my appointment due to traffic and they stayed late to help me when I needed it. Only reason they only get 5 stars is cause that’s the most I can give em.
