The new format wasn't working for me. I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes and the therapist did not respond. I left messages twice on the site and twice to the office phone number. It was necessary to reschedule the appointment later in the day. It was a good session once I talked to the therapist.
Great Place Overall! Booking was easy. Staff was great. I met with Abby Blue for my first appointment. She was great. I have tried counseling in the past and always felt it wasn’t doing anything. However she helped me to confirm that I had been misdiagnosed. She specializes in ADHD among other things and that was what I was looking for. I highly recommend Ms. Blue and Lifestance in general.
I've found LifeStance to be a very good way to get mental healthcare. I was able to get an appointment within a couple months. My Dr., Dr Weiss is very intelligent and is always working with me to find what works for me. I feel I'm being helped. And I don't have issues getting follow-up appointments.
Wildly awful company with 0 accountability for its customer service reps. I was unjustly charged and over the course of 2 months, was unable to get any rep to take action despite speaking to no less than 3 and sending messages. One therapist I saw was fine. She didn't help a great deal, but I feel she was competent. Excellent booking experiences after a short call, she simply looked at my past schedule and helped me booking all the way thru the end of year as my previous date and time. Love this place and especially my counselor Angela J. has been helping me with caring, kindness and patiently with my problems weekly. This is my 2nd home where I could rest part of my hardest life with. Even though I couldn't have her during my hardest time of the week.
