I had an appointment today at 2pm with Sarah Felter. I filled out all my forms, paid my copay, checked in 10 minutes early. I waited until 2:25 pm and she never showed up to my appointment. It took a lot for me to get to a place where I was ready to start healing and doing therapy and to have this happen at my first appointment is very discouraging. It’s so unprofessional and I want my copay refunded immediately.
Dr. Zhu is an incredible doctor. It was my first time visiting a doctor in the country, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Thank you!
I’ve had a generally positive experience with my treatment at Lifestance. I’ve primarily worked with a single provider, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences working with her. The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating is that I feel the response time for messages to the providers could be improved.
We have had a terrible experience with Lifestance. We had gone through 2 providers for my 15 year old who just kept represcribing medications. We switched to Jayci Mueller after she went back inpatient so we could hopefully find someone who cared. Since she went in patient again while the appt was scheduled I sent her a message and someone from her staff called to reschedule. I believe that Dr. Ross can really help my mother from my 1st impression. This is the 2nd time I have sat in with my mother and it seems that he understands how to build mental strength and stability. Thank you Dr. Ross
