Therapist is great. LifeStance is terrible. Billing is not explained and comes off as outright bizarre. Scheduling function didn't work forever. It asks for a credit card every time I login but will never take it (just spins & spins - for months now). The process for signing onto a session has become an absolute nightmare. How could you possibly need all of that information every single time? It's crazy.

Provider cancelled telehealth appointment for therapy on the day-of the appointment, on TWO separate occasions. Most recently the cancellation happened 5 minutes AFTER the appointment was supposed to begin. They charge a $150 cancellation fee if you don't give them 48 hour notice as a patient, but there's no repercussions if their therapists no-show. I guess anxiety and depression will just have to wait, again...

just as bad as all the other one star reviews detail. you’re definitely better off getting zero treatment than seeking any sort of help here. a $150 missed appointment fee is predatory and you should be ashamed if you work here at any capacity because you actively contradict the purpose of your profession by preying on people’s finances. hope u all have an absolutely terrible day

Dr Demb is knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent provider. He is warm, friendly, non judgemental and seems to really care about the wellbeing of his pts. Virtual visits are very convenient for me. Highly recommend LifeStance and Dr Demb. :-)
