Therapist is great. LifeStance is terrible. Billing is not explained and comes off as outright bizarre. Scheduling function didn't work forever. It asks for a credit card every time I login but will never take it (just spins & spins - for months now). The process for signing onto a session has become an absolute nightmare. How could you possibly need all of that information every single time? It's crazy.
I was matched with a doctor right away and an appointment was made for me. I’ve been using the virtual visits weekly and it’s helping me with so much childhood trauma. This is help everyone needs.
Dr. Joseph has a lovely, warm and caring manner which is soothing and much appreciated.

Provider cancelled telehealth appointment for therapy on the day-of the appointment, on TWO separate occasions. Most recently the cancellation happened 5 minutes AFTER the appointment was supposed to begin. They charge a $150 cancellation fee if you don't give them 48 hour notice as a patient, but there's no repercussions if their therapists no-show. I guess anxiety and depression will just have to wait, again...
