I always look forward to the appointment with Dr. Whitlock. He's ready to hear and advise The best course of action for my mental health He's a great doctor. I've had other psychiatrist which they were great as well but they are so good that they open up their own practices. The appointments that I have are all remote video. It goes well. Privacy requirements entail a number of verification steps prior to any meeting, so you should start logging in well in advance. They do notify you and give you your own session link.
I am sharing my experience with my therapist Tracey Taylor out of the Brandon office. Before seeing Tracey I was experiencing extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and difficulty functioning normally without a lot of difficulty. I was dizzy and breathing poorly, both which led to feeling faint and like I might pass out. I was not sleeping well and that was interfering with my daytime functioning. LifeStance has been wonderful! I absolutely love Dr. Robert Wilkins! He is so patient, kind and understanding! He has helped me so very much with the medication schedule he has me on. I can't say enough good about him! I highly recommend this company.
The five stars are not for the young I spoke to on the phone, she arrogant, condescending, and when she asked I could t any money I told her I’m disabled and money is tight and she said “ so you’re telling you can’t pay because you’re on disability, and disabled?” I said yeah she then said I’m going to start postponing your appointments until you can” She racially profiled me, she made me feel less than human, and more like trash.
