Miss Rose Sweeny is really fantastic. It’s so nice to have a therapist that I feel such a strong connection with, where I can bring everything I’m feeling to the table. She has a very kind and understanding soul. I don’t know what I would do if my insurance didn’t hypothetically cover our visits, I would figure it out and make it work because that’s how great she is. Always Check Your Bills! I can’t count how many times the billing department has incorrectly tried to charge us for appointments. Most recently, we canceled my child’s appointment two days in advance due to a family emergency and being out of town. I sent a message through the patient portal AND called to confirm the cancellation, yet they’re still trying to collect a copay. The staff were excellent and helpful and caring. The therapist was wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone. I have seen a lot of therapists and these are at the top of my list. I highly recommend. You get in quickly. Little waiting.

The billing department is the most incompetent and non responsive people I have ever come across. They constantly forget to bill insurance and then when you call to get it fixed they literally never fix it, no matter how many times you call. They don’t respond online in the portal. They constantly misbill. Just awful. If I didn’t like my psychiatrist I would absolutely not use lifestance.

I moved to Florida this past year and LifeStance has been great! I needed to a new psychiatrist after moving cross country and they were able to get me in within a reasonable timeframe which was so helpful for me! Everyone from their clinicians to the office staff are wonderful! I also love that I’m able to do virtual appointments as I have a young child and it’s easier for me to do that then try to get out of the house and find a sitter. I would highly recommend them!
