I have been through therapy for years through the military and decided that I needed something different and one on one. I got an appointment with Jennifer, Farrell, and am completely satisfied and happy with how far I have come. I feel that she listens and understands me gives me good feedback and most of all I don’t feel like a stranger at every appointment. I’ve been given great tools to use and have a much better understanding of myself, as well as trying to understand others.

I worked with this company for 2 years, and while many of the mental health professionals were great - the billing department is horrible. My virtual appointments are supposed to have a $0 copay with my insurance, and I constantly informed them of such. But time after time, I would get charged for these virtual visits. Its gotten to the point that I have to go through the billing statements myself and figure out what is a legitimate balance that needs to be paid vs an error. I’ve had a really good experience with LifeStance Health, especially with my provider, Ms. Sanders. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now, and she always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense to me and meets me where I’m at. I never feel rushed or confused after appointments. More than anything, I feel like she genuinely cares, and that’s made it really easy for me to trust her. I’m really glad I found her.

LifeStance has been wonderful! I absolutely love Dr. Robert Wilkins! He is so patient, kind and understanding! He has helped me so very much with the medication schedule he has me on. I can't say enough good about him! I highly recommend this company.

After two attempts to receive my bill (both times I was told I'd receive a call same day, which never happened) I received a bill with two separate charges for one visit. One charge was for an office visit, the other was for therapy and medication management. This was a visit with a psychiatrist, there was no therapy. I only made the visit to get my meds refilled. I sat in an office for 15 minutes, was asked a few questions, got my prescription and went about my day. Where do they come up with this bs? Office visit separat... read more
