Everyone is giving put 5 Star reviews like it’s Halloween!!! If more people gave actual thought into the fact that there are 5 total stars you can give. Meaning there are 4 other options. lol. That being said. Dr. Witlock is absolutely worth ALL 5 if not more stars!!! LifeStance Health is worth all 5 Stars and this involves the entire office, office staff, appointments and the Drs. On staff are amazing!!! Thx DR. WITLOCK!!!

I worked with this company for 2 years, and while many of the mental health professionals were great - the billing department is horrible. My virtual appointments are supposed to have a $0 copay with my insurance, and I constantly informed them of such. But time after time, I would get charged for these virtual visits. Its gotten to the point that I have to go through the billing statements myself and figure out what is a legitimate balance that needs to be paid vs an error. I have been through therapy for years through the military and decided that I needed something different and one on one. I got an appointment with Jennifer, Farrell, and am completely satisfied and happy with how far I have come. I feel that she listens and understands me gives me good feedback and most of all I don’t feel like a stranger at every appointment. I’ve been given great tools to use and have a much better understanding of myself, as well as trying to understand others.

I’ve had a really good experience with LifeStance Health, especially with my provider, Ms. Sanders. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now, and she always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense to me and meets me where I’m at. I never feel rushed or confused after appointments. More than anything, I feel like she genuinely cares, and that’s made it really easy for me to trust her. I’m really glad I found her.

Dr.Kaiser was amazing! I have been looking and looking for a psychiatrist not an NP PA but a psychiatrist who actually listens to me and my needs and listens to what has always worked best for me and he did just that! I will be seeing him again from here on out!
