I can't recommend therapy here. I was set up with a provider through the VA. I was seen 2 times. At that time I was only being seen once a month and asked to have it bumped up to 2 times a month and was told "of course!" Right before that appt the therapist reached out and cancelled. I was rescheduled and then the night before that appt it was also cancelled by text and I was told they would contact me the next day to reschedule me again . There was a miscommunication in booking. I had requested an in person session, but Tele session was scheduled and at a different time. I went to Life Stance Office, then had to return home to have the session via phone. It was an honest mistake on the part of the therapist.

~ Updated Review ~ I originally had left a 1 star review after months of issues with billing and being overcharged for sessions, but now that it’s been fixed I want to update my review. Anyway, to start I really enjoyed getting therapy here! The staff here are so sweet and I really enjoyed coming here every week! The environment is clean, welcoming, and calming.
