This is not a review for their providers but rather their billing. I was overbilled, followed their process for disputing it, and ultimately had to dispute charges on my card to get that money back. It was 2 months of waiting and headaches. I spent hours going back and forth with their finance department. My daughter has been seeing Ranu. By the 3rd visit it was clear that she was not a suitable fit for my daughter or anyone in my opinion. She started the conversation with "you do know I'm part-time right". Then she preceeded to tell my daughter she needs to stop faking. She basically told us she cant help then she pulled her medication information and told her that her medication specialist can't do anything more for her either. Absolute joke. This place has taken unauthorized money from me, never answers the phone, and has now canceled an appointment 2 hours prior (knowing how important the appointment was)

There was a miscommunication in booking. I had requested an in person session, but Tele session was scheduled and at a different time. I went to Life Stance Office, then had to return home to have the session via phone. It was an honest mistake on the part of the therapist.
