I had my first appointment today and I finally feel like I’m in the right place. I’ve looked so long for the right person to help counsel me because the one I had elsewhere was just not doing anything to help me after several months. I can just tell that I’m going to be finally helped and will have all my problems addressed throughout time and get the help I need. The receptionists are all very nice as well. Great friendly place. I’m over a year with them now and I couldn’t be happier with my Dr. I’m definitely staying.
I have seeing a therapist, on a regular basis at Life Stance Health(formerly Psychology Specialists) for around 2 years. During this time I have received excellent professional care. When LifeStance took over, I will admit to having concerns only, because I was used to such excellent service. However, the transition on my end has been easy. I would definitely recommend their services. My therapist is wonderful!!
No! *smack* Bad Lifestance, bad! Where is my rolled up newspaper and spray bottle? This company has committed gross negligence by refusing to communicate with my pharmacy and, as a direct result, my prescription insurance. I begged for my last daily medication to be refilled for 3 weeks. All they needed to do was approve the pharmacy request to refill that the insurance was requiring. I was ignored repeatedly and then told to stop asking for refills when the company sent my medication to the wrong location multiple times. I ... read more
