Well I really wanted to speak to her sooner about something that has come up and waiting till my next appointment is a little longer than I want to wait but understand the wait just wish it wasn't so long. Thanks, Maria
Overall not too satisfied with the care provided. From start to finish there were hiccups. Currently going back & forth through the portal about a missed appointment fee that was wrongfully charged to my daughter's account, the provider changed the appointment to the day prior to what was scheduled at the last minute, and we successfully completed that visit, but I'm now being charged $195 for missing the original appointment. They should be clearly able to see that insurance was billed at 7/24 to corroborate my story. They ... read more
Scheduling and portal were easy, but after waiting to get in, we met a counselor who told us our 4yo son should consider a partial hospital program and/or play therapy. (Play therapy was listed on his website profile but he said he didn't know why). He said he could take us, but it wouldn't be helpful because he was so busy and working on his master's so decreasing his time even further and availability would only be once every 2 weeks. Tried to get an appointment, they won't mail you anything, I wanted to go in with my daughter for an evaluation, they forced me to create a portal, I don't know how to do that. Told them I could come in or they can mail me the information... It's not in their policy. They wanted to do a very important task in my eyes over a computer... Going to look for a more face to face environment.
Somebody’s looking for help they call your place for a psychiatrist and all your psychiatrist are booked. Your company is a joke.
