My therapist Jesse Beebe gives helpful tools that help in day to day life management. Helps see the world differently already and only have had a few sessions with him. Excited to see what more I discover.
Jesse has life experience along with his education. I am an open book and Want and Need help. So the match for me is very humbling and gives me an open platform to learn about my own defects and the mental illness
