Went for my appt today for med management and was incorrectly booked under an np for children services only was not informed until I was there . Wasn’t offered a new spot until a completely new intake was completed??Then when I called bc they never called to correct the matter I wasn’t given an appointment til a month later…the office was nice and front desk staff nice but would have liked someone to actually check in next time to correct their mistake when getting psych appt are hard to come by.

Went to LifeStance for a trans-friendly gender therapist. Deadnamed and misgendered repeatedly by the office staff despite it being *very* visible in my patient profile (phone calls, messages, etc). Therapist I saw ended up claiming "my dysphoria was too intense for her to treat" after I had wasted money on an intake and first appointment with her, and tried to send me in circles to a different one in the practice. I just went to LifeStance for the first time today to establish therapy here in Kenosha. Scheduling was easy, and the person I first spoke with was very friendly and worked hard to work with my schedule.

Very comfortable with my therapist which made me more open and transparent with my situation. The video visit was easy to log onto and connect.
