I appreciated the kindness and care I was spoken to with, and Mrs. Christine's energy was very comforting. I also appreciated her knowledge and willingness to hear me and work through my thoughts and questions. I'm grateful!
This place was abysmal. Customer service/client help is mediocre at best. Billing system is horrible. They would randomly charge me after my already paid for appointments to get extra money. When I called billing the women on the phone was rude and it took forever to even get a hold of anyone. I asked her to fix the billing issue and she said she would and she never did. Overall, I had a horrible experience, it caused more stress and anxiety which is ironic because it’s supposed to be THERAPY. Disappointed.
The way this place is set up ... They don't take phone calls. I've been trying to cancel an appointment for 2 days now and I cannot get anyone on the phone. It is all automated it does not have a section to cancel appointment. I will not be using LifeStance due to the difficulty I am already having as I took new and this is too complicated.
I had to reschedule an appointment with Jessica Key. I received no response from her despite leaving 2 phone calls. Glad it wasn't an emergency! Ridiculous. I'm done with this place.
I felt very comfortable speaking to Leanne.She was kind, understanding and seemed to have a lot of knowledge and insight.
