My booking experience was easy and I had my first session this morning. It was Awesome.
I was sent here for psych testing by my insurance and made an appointment through Lifestance in September. The first available date was early next year so I prepared myself for another five months of gritted teeth and white knuckles. Just yesterday, over two months after creating the appointment, I received a phone call informing me my provided provider doesn't actually offer a portion of the testing I'm scheduled for. Their software and communication is really convoluted and there’s no way to cancel an appointment without calling them, so don’t you dare schedule an intake the Tuesday after a holiday weekend or chances are you’ll be out $75, because their cancellation policy is nowhere to be found on their website or in the mass texts and emails they send you.
