I’ve only been with this therapy group for a couple weeks but everyone is very kind, supportive and willing to listen and support me in whatever I need. I’m sincerely hopeful that this group of therapists and psychologists will be able to dig deeper into my mental health than others have. So far so good! And they take my insurance!! That takes a lot of anxiety off my shoulders already. Try them, I think you be pleased.
The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Melissa was sweet but I felt she rushed past introductions and started asking questions rapid fire style that I had already filled out online. I asked her to slow down because I felt uncomfortable and that I wanted to learn more about her and her methodologies before diving into all the heavier topics. I was initially apprehensive going into my first appointment which was a telehealth session but Hannah was able to ease me into it. I was able to express myself completely and made me realize why I should continue with the healing process.
Super nice staff. Very helpful and Dr. Oxenreider is very professional and super supportive. I look forward to continuing to work with them!
