I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Shannon Harding she is very professional and empathetic. She is an amazing listener. I have been going to her for quite a while. I also had to get on the portal and I also leave a message for my doctor and they got back to me quickly and In a timely manner and what I Needed was done immediately. She is very professional. We made an appointment online for a Saturday morning. We received the assessment and check in information and took our co payment. We waited outside the building for 10 minutes in the cold. Someone finally came outside to tell us our appointment was cancelled and sorry, they should have let us know. Obviously nobody did reach out to us.
