I have a therapist and a psychiatrist from LifeStance health. Both have been extremely helpful. I am slowly winding down with my therapist, I feel able to handle hard things on my own, i have gained the tools to do so. Am still on medications which require the help of a psychiatrist. I am so grateful to both
