Overall experience was excellent. Jen Y. was kind and informative in setting up the training for us. We had a trainer (Kayla) come out to our home to train our entire family of 6. We were especially interested in child CPR and choking aid since we have a grandchild. Kayla was very personable and a good communicator, and was able to provide clear training very efficiently. I have spent about 13 years in the Behavioral Health sector so, as you may imagine, I have attended a few CPR/First Aid trainings. That said, some instructors are better than others. I was taken aback by the level of curricula I encountered with our trainer, a former EMT/Paramedic, Chad Lusche. He was hugely informative, engaging, and thorough. Daniel is an amazing ACLS instructor. I took his class on 12/28 and really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. He encouraged questions and kept the class engaging. There’s nothing like taking an in-person class to fully grasp the content, and I left feeling confident and well prepared. Highly recommend his class. A million thanks to Daniel your an excellent instructor.
I really enjoyed all of Mike’s anecdotes. He was able to deliver a lot of useful information in a short time and kept it interesting with the reasons ‘why’ we do it in that order. Knew a lot about first aid in the outdoors, and this was very useful and helpful for us Boy Scouts. I just really enjoyed his presentation of material.
The instructor Mike was awesome, he had great stories regarding CPR and First Aid events. I appreciate all of the information from the class, and I learned some new information that has changed. I have been certified in CPR First Aid since 2006 and still learned some things from Mike. The class was paid for my my employer, so I don't know how much the class was.
