LIFT IT USA = 5 Stars all the way thru the process: from the initial consultation, all the way thru scheduling, & the Lift was installed perfectly within 2 weeks! I cannot say enough good things about this company & the experience we had with them. Also, on the bonus end: their lifts come with a dual cable system rated to 1000lbs (where most are single & only rated to 500lbs), & it was almost 1/2 the price & better built than 2 other quotes we received! The staff are excellent and they service what they sell. The installers are the people that perform the fixes. I had a lift installed about a year ago. Last week, I damaged my lift. It was my fault, not a defect. The staff came out right away and I was back in operation very quickly. The measure of a company is how they handle problems and Lift It handled my issue very well.
The lift it installers were excellent.They were always on time courteous and answered all our questions. The lift is amazing. They are worth 10 stars.
From layout, permitting, logistics, and install, the team at Lift it were a perfect fit for a cargo lift. The install team reworked the existing deck beautifully and the electrical install was first rate. Plus we know based on our neighbors experience they service what they sell. I love that this lift is manufactured locally as well!
