Lift It USA just completed this installation at my home on OKI. From the initial contact through the entire process I have to give it the highest possible rating 5 out of 5. Jim Craig came out and we discussed our different options as well as obstacles. Very pleased with layout, fabrication (Wilmington), plan and installation was top notch. LIFT IT USA = 5 Stars all the way thru the process: from the initial consultation, all the way thru scheduling, & the Lift was installed perfectly within 2 weeks! I cannot say enough good things about this company & the experience we had with them. Also, on the bonus end: their lifts come with a dual cable system rated to 1000lbs (where most are single & only rated to 500lbs), & it was almost 1/2 the price & better built than 2 other quotes we received! The staff are excellent and they service what they sell. The installers are the people that perform the fixes. I had a lift installed about a year ago. Last week, I damaged my lift. It was my fault, not a defect. The staff came out right away and I was back in operation very quickly. The measure of a company is how they handle problems and Lift It handled my issue very well.
We have our lift for two months. Lift It USA came highly recommended I am highly impressed with the Lift, the installers, and management. I would highly recommend this company to to everyone who is seeking a quality product and a company with integrity.,
