The management and staff were terrific throughout the entire process. The cost was well worth the quality of time and materials built into our unique product. Has functioned flawlessly in our beachside location 100 yards from the ocean. Embarrassed to say I caused a rookie mistake in first week of use, on a weekend. I called management who assured me he could fix my mistake that day and it wasn’t a big deal. Within hours he arrived and got us back in action.
