Excellent care, an outstanding therapy team, and a wonderful milieu. Lightfully saved my life and provided me the framework for a much more enriching and joy-filled life. Residential program is great, PHP not so much. Uncaring, unprofessional individuals who lack an iota of competence. Sean Burke, in particular, a program manager at one of the PHP locations in Southern California (I forget which one) absolutely terrorized patients with his terrible attitude. They also recommended me for a "higher level of care," which was code for they just wanted to get rid of me because I was actually holding them accountable, and it caused me a lot of hours of emotional strain because I had to find outpa... read more

So I didn’t go to this exact location, but I attended Lightfully’s PHP and IOP for roughly three months a long long time ago (like, 4 months ago LOL) and I am so thankful that I did; I was in dire need of DBT skills and I got exactly what I was looking for. Shoutout to my therapist and all the support staff there. Y’all were awesome. I felt completely supported all the way through. And thank gawd for insurance!
