While I like my therapist that I currently have, I have had so many issues with billing. I constantly have to have them send me itemized statements to match the charges on my card because is is constantly changing what my card is being charged and when. Recently they sent me a giant bill 4 months after the fact I was seen and my insurance was already applied which is extremely unethical. After using this place for 4 years, I am cutting ties and leaving this review. A year or so ago they were bought by venture capital and have since then massively declined in quality. I was cycled through 5 different psychiatrists & psychiatric nurses over the past year alone because, according to the last one I spoke with, they treat their employees very poorly and cannot retain staff. I do not want to work with mental health services that do not care for their employees, let alone their clients. I'm moving on and following ... read more

Julia Prude should not be a practicing Psychologist. She is the most unethical, incompetent, irresponsible therapist I’ve ever met. What she did to my son when she counseled him was abhorrent and probably illegal. Also Julia'prude'homme this ''therapist'' also told my son to look at me like a villain and was ok with illegal activity from my now dead abusive x husband such as financial abuse and a restraining order without reason and lied to my son about me and told me things that where not true about me and my X husband died... read more

My provider was amazing and I loved working with her. However, the majority of the staff to lack problem solving skills. No issues get resolved in a timely manner and the customer service of some departments in the organization is poor. Despite my adoration for my provider, I had to stop appointments with her because of issues within the company, especially billing.
