I'm going here because they take my insurance, that's about it. I have to do in person because of trauma but their Federal Way location feels hollow. It's just white walls and uncomfortable chairs, even in the offices. There is no life and no warmth. I'm on my second therapist here already, the company is so large that they can't properly place you with one. I have been receiving care at LightHeart for the last several months from two different providers and this next week I will be starting with a 3rd! The care provided by the team of doctors and therapists at this mental health center is like none I have ever received before. Both my son and I use LightHeart Associates for therapy and medication management. We have great relationships with our therapists and the office staff are always willing to help in my way.
I think my counselor is really good. Which is why I am leaving the two stars or I would have left zero. The company Itself I have issues with. You can’t reach anyone via phone. Everything is done by email, even for getting scheduled. So I takes 24-48 hours for someone to respond to you. I’ve called several times leaving messages and no one has ever returned my call.
