First and foremost, I would first like to state that I DEEPLY appreciate my individual service provider. Dr. Wang helped me through a very difficult time in my life, and he demonstrated very high standards of professional, empathetic, and research-based care. My two-star rating is primarily for LightHeart Associates' billing structure and finance department. Do not go here. They are unethical. A close family member of mine went here and he missed an appointment. This facility and its providers would not refill a prescription for a longtime anti depressant he was taking because he missed an appointment. He needed it due to upcoming travel and they refused. As a result he is now going through withdrawal and is nonfunctional while he waits to get it from another provider out of state. This place is sadly an utter disorganized facility. We were on the waitlist for our minor child for a comprehensive evaluation and were removed from their roaster without knowing or being informed. We eventually found out from a couple employees whom told us to not "tell their boss" that our information/wait status were lost when their coordinator left the job. I work with two different clinicians and they are both the most wonderful therapists, but more importantly, the most amazing people. I have already recommended them to someone I deeply care about because the way I have been treated at LightHeart is second to none and I want this person to experience the same care and understanding I've gotten when dealing with pain.
LightHeart has been a dream when it comes to finding any mental health help. From counselors to psychiatrists. They are treating the whole family, and each and every medical professional has been a dream to work with. Billing hasn't yet come through as it takes some time, but I hope that goes swimmingly as well. As far as care goes though I haven't found better!
