I love my provider, I have no issues there. I’m very not happy with the phone app for scheduling or joining online appointments. There was no one time that it worked for me well and I always have to find other solutions.
Do not recommend. Zero out of 10. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt, they do not check on you if you are late to an appointment. If you are ill, they do not care. The billing staff are barely educated. They withhold appointment access and charge more if you don’t pay the fee.
This place is a scam. Stay far away. The billing department is evil. I left this place over a year ago and am still getting charges for ~$200 with no explanation, after I got reassurance several times that my account was cleared and I was done with them. Be sure to read their other location's reviews. You will find dozens of people saying the exact same story that they were wrongfully billed, and still are months to years later.
I attempted to schedule therapy through this train wreck of a place. They couldn't get my insurance squared away so canceled my appointment but still made sure to charge me for it. Never got that money back now here we are almost 5 months later still have never seen a SINGLE person at this business and they are still attempting charges to my card for services they never once provided. I've had to cancel the card and file fraud charges against this business. Do yourself a favor and stay far away I can only imagine the headach... read more
If you don't mind needing extra therapy for dealing with their nuclear disaster of a billing department, then go here. Saying their billing is a nightmare would be an understatement. While I was still going there I'd constantly have to email the billing department (which half of the time would bounce) because I was overcharged and I'd have to have my therapist get it fixed.
