Their app barely works on any of my devices and I’ve gotten charged $150 for late appointments per appointment due to it. It will crash over and over without letting you do anything. Mind you some of these charges come months later with no heads up on your card on file because they’ll audit your account randomly and scour for late check-ins. Customer service doesn’t respond. I’d recommend having your needs taken care of anywhere else. I would leave if I didn’t really like my therapist.
Therapy with Larissa has been effective. Her approach is very gentle, and I feel safe in her presence. I would recommend everyone to work with Larissa. I have grown as a person, I am able to understand myself more, be more connected with people, and face my fears.
Therapists are great and are genuinely interested in helping you out. The billing department here is truly the worst in the PNW! They refuse to reply to your clarification questions emails for weeks, send passive-aggressive responses, call you and yell at you to pay your bill even when you are already paying on time. The billing department here uses mafia-esque tactics to intimidate you into paying up without asking any questions. I have been a patient with Lightheart associates since July of 2024. While I like my current psychiatrist (who is not at the Anderson Park location), I did not feel like I was paired with the right therapist (at the Anderson Park location), Larisa Luiticova. I often felt she was condescending toward me. One time I was crying and drank water when my throat closed up, and she told me I was not allowed to drink water during our sessions. I enjoyed the services of Rachel and the work I did with her before I had to cancel due to loss of insurance and moving away, but what's the point of having a card on file if you're not going to charge it. I kept having to manually pay the co-pay. $300 at one point due to months of missed payments. Anyways, I recommend a different clinic until they fix their billing procedures.
