Ioana is just the best. She is upbeat and so kind. Ioana is genuine, she LISTENS and in doing so, provides what I need mentally to get through daily life without it being such a debilitating struggle. I’ve been treated by two other employees of yours and I wasn’t happy. I’ve had psychiatrist’s and psychologist’s for many years and I’ve always felt a disconnect with all of them. They are QUACKS! They are not professional, the environment looks like they raided a bunch of garage sales for furniture, picture and assorted garbage. The actual person ( and I am not using the word therapist as they are anything but that), was ill-prepared. Her name is Larisa Liuticova, and after filling out all the forms with a detailed explanation of why I was there, she looked at me and asked me, "why are you here?".
