They are QUACKS! They are not professional, the environment looks like they raided a bunch of garage sales for furniture, picture and assorted garbage. The actual person ( and I am not using the word therapist as they are anything but that), was ill-prepared. Her name is Larisa Liuticova, and after filling out all the forms with a detailed explanation of why I was there, she looked at me and asked me, "why are you here?".
