My counselor is absolutely amazing!!! My sessions feel like part of a self care routine that I look forward to every time! Even when we discuss topics that I don’t love ( or remotely like) discussing, I always leave the session feeling like a weight has been lifted.
My appt. was automatically canceled for not completing new patient forms on time. I had issues with the system when I tried to register and after logging in was unable to access the forms. My appt. was supposed to be an online visit, however after calling the office I was told that I would have to attend in-person in order to keep the appt. I had to scramble to get there on my lunch hour and was so flustered when I arrived.
These people are loving and caring. They really worry about your well-being.
