German the maintance man is wonderful. This morning we needed help changing a flat tire and he jumped right in and had it changed quickly. This is definitely going above and beyond like he always does.
the only thing going for this complex is our wonderful maintenance man Germain as far as our office people we have been through 5 or 6 of them in the last 9 months I have lived in this property most of them have been nice and worked with us appropriately the last guy tod was amazing and the lady after tod was okay she was only here for about a month the new office lady is very rude I have called and requested contact info for her boss for over a week as well as tried to contact the office and left voicemails for that informa... read more

I have lived at Limestone Ridge for a year now. There have been a few property managers who have come and gone. Some were better than others.But the heart and quality of this place comes from the incredible maintenance man, German Bena! He works SO hard to keep this a good place to live and has kept it up in spite of the various managers who pass through. He will bend over backwards to help the residents and has often been called in on his days off with no complaint from him. He has incredible work ethic and truly cares that... read more
