I would not recommend this company. First I could not get Linda to stop calling and then did the application still not sure if I wanted to move forward as I was also working with Rocket Mortgage and was comparing. When Linda did my application and filed paperwork with the underwriter she assured me that my credit would not be ran, and specifically said they would do a “soft” pull on my credit.
