I love Life Stance and the support they have given me and all the other people who have chosen them. I'd say all of us need it support from time to time. My nurse practitioners have been amazing and have taken my situation and my personality into consideration , when they are ordering my medications. I would highly suggest that if you need help or support, you consider Life Stance.
She was nice but I felt like I had pretty serious issues that weren't treated with any kind of compassion or immediacy. It devolved into a bunch of generic dated bootstrap talk and I had to find a more empathetic provider. A lot of random throwing stuff at the wall vibes that didn't help at all. But she was a nice person. Can't recommend for anyone with anything remotely complicated to deal with. Lots of dated views and needs a refresher on modern mental health struggles. Linda Thomas is great, knowledgeable, and non judgmental. Happy to be seeing her.
Ms. Thomas had many suggestions and was very helpful. She was friendly and personable. I feel that I am in very responsible hands.
My first appointment brought a lot of mixed feelings but I left feeling very hopeful. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions with Robin.
