I was so nervous about my first appointment with Nurse Lindsey & I had the most comfortable Telehealth video with her. She is knowledgeable with medication's & that is what I needed.
Love Lindsay. She is very attentive and has really helped me. She's so good I tolerate Lifestance. They don't' have staff in the front office so you can't call in, get a call back, or get an email returned. Their portal is the worst and you can't email your providers. If you can actually schedule an appointment, their providers are great. However, there is no way to cancel so you can't schedule too far ahead because if you need to cancel it will cost $100

I've seen Ms Nichols for about 5 years. She's been very caring during my episodes. She's takes time to listen to my concerns. She manages my prescriptions. I am now seeing her virtually. I like that bc I can do it from home.
Lifestance has helped me through so much, and I’d like to thank Dr. Lindsey for never rushing me even through telehealth calls I feel like we’re in a peaceful place and we can discuss anything. Thank you Dr. Lindsey!
