Initially I was supposed to do it by phone but I couldn't because I wear glasses and they are broken. The receptionist & the counselor worked with me and got me my councilor & I was able to do my session. My phone was acting up so Lisa Bryant called me & we finished over the phone. Life stance was great & very patient with my phone & me. She listened to me & gave great, encouraging advice. She didn't judge me. She didn't stereo type me.
