Exceptional service! Dr. French exhibits genuine care, always attentive to my concerns. She not only listens but also values my perspectives in crafting a personalized treatment plan. The only reason I gave them “4 stars” its because most of the time it is very difficult to get through their phone system. Other than that my experience has always been great!
Seeing French was a disappointment. She didn't start to understand the trouble I'm in, but all I get is a give it a month and see. I don't have a month. I don't want a month and another and another. She finished it. They just make everything a million times worse. I don't know why I would have any hope for this system.
Dr Lisa French is so easy to talk to and really pays attention to your needs. I highly recommend her!

My virtual visit took 45 minutes to happen. No one checked on, so I called and was on hold for a 1/2 hour. Why don’t you hire some people. You make my mental health even more stressful.
